Privacy Policy

2. What personal data we process

This website has no forms and no registration. We only process personal data when you contact us yourself by e-mail or phone – mainly your name, e-mail address, phone number and details of your event (date, venue, type of event).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Handling your enquiry or booking request and preparing an offer – steps prior to entering into a contract and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Communicating with you and keeping records of agreed performances – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Accounting for performances – compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep the data

Correspondence about enquiries is kept for no longer than 3 years after the last contact if no contract results from it. Data relating to performances that took place are kept for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting records for 10 years).

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Only processors providing services to us may have access to it – our web hosting provider and our e-mail provider (Google – Gmail).

6. Cookies

The website only uses strictly necessary storage: after you click “Got it”, your browser remembers that you have seen the cookie notice (localStorage). We do not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies and we do not track your behaviour on the website.

7. Third-party content

Fonts – fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, so Google receives your IP address.
YouTube videos – video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube (Google) servers. The video itself only loads after you click play, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video is played, Google’s privacy policy applies.
Social networks – links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are plain links. No data is sent to these services until you click them; after that, their own policies apply.

Google services may involve data transfers to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Server logs

With every visit, our web hosting provider automatically records technical data (IP address, time of access, browser type) to keep the website running and protect it against attacks – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Simply send your request to abbaslovakia@gmail.com; we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Slovakia the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk – or with the authority in your country of residence.

10. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
